I waited far too long for my food (25 minutes) When I finally asked why it was taking so long the staff was surprised that i hadn't received it. They checked their cameras and someone has apparently grabbed my order from the counter while I was off washing my hands etc... the speed that they remade my order was excellent and the way they handled the situation was very professional. On top of this the food is was finally served was excellent, delicious, and great. I'd eat here again for sure.
Have been going to this triple o's for a while, and the food & service has definitely way gotten better!! Had a double double with bacon on it the other day and was the Best burger ever had in a triple o's or white spot also the fries were fresh and hot Also the server at the counter was supper polite and greated with a smile!!
Typically make the trek to Salmon Arm once or twice a year. After an 11-hour drive and then checking into the hotel, virtually every time I go straight to the Triple O's. I'm usually hungry and in need of a good hamburger and milkshake. Their food is cooked fresh and is fantastic. Service is good and the place is very clean. For my money they are the best burgers in town and I get them every time.

We went there with family of 5 people. Ordered different meals. All of us was happy with our burgers. Super delicious! Very nice service too. We will come back soon.
